PerfectCount: Drop Zone / Gravity Fed Counting Systems

Drop Zone, or Gravity Fed, counters are high-speed units. These units can be stand-alone systems or integrated into existing manufacturing or packaging operations. They are specifically good at counting bulk items very quickly. Up to 2000 parts per second!

We can integrate our detection head into many configurations. We’ve designed several different input feeders and output diverters for material handling. We have also integrated these with many packaging, conveyor and other client systems.

ConveyorCount: Counting Parts on a Conveyor

Counting products on a conveyor belt using AI systems developed by Sciotex helps you improve speed and accuracy Commonly used in QC scenarios where you need to verify quantities coming off a manufacturing or packaging line.

We can mount the cameras into many configurations. The software can be tuned to detect either different part types in a mix or the same part types typcally in a monolayer on a conveyor belt.

StackCount: Counting Cardboard on a Pallet

What if you could count all of those boxes or cartons on a pallet? Now you can! This is an example of our StackCount Stack Counter developed by Sciotex. RobotView: Robotic Inspection and Counting Systems

This is an example of an advanced robotic inspection system custom developed by Sciotex. This system is performing multiple complex analysis that had never been done before. These detect micron level defects in composition, weight and measurement. The resulting analysis dispositions the sample as good or bad while counting the bin of each.
